Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for fresh and personalised boxes

Under Section 312g(2) BGB, consumers have no statutory right of withdrawal, among other cases, for contracts concerning the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (no. 1). This applies to personalised and customer-assembled boxes.

There is likewise no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded (no. 2). This applies to our boxes, which contain, among other things, fresh baked goods, yoghurt, cheese and cold cuts.

Accordingly, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for our boxes. Independently of this, you may cancel your order under Section 5 of the AGB up to 48 hours before the agreed date.
